Stay away!

My lovingfeel account was compromised. I call their customer support and was asked some questions. They confirmed it was compromised and blocked my account. They told me I could start another account with a new email address and use different credit card for payment. They did not address the fact that my account was hacked or that my personal information was compromised I was asked to contact the local authorities and their legal team will be cooperative once they received a legal document. They had no concern or care about what transpired. Stay away!
