Crappy site!
Crappy site! Not worth a dime. Their matching algorithm is filthy with no regard to your search criteria. The reply rate is 1-2%. The overall vibe is awful. You just waste your time and money on drama queens and busted cans of biscuits here. I’ve had enough of this. It is geared to rip you off. To add further fire to the flames they charge you for 6 months right away and you can do nothing about it because they indicate it somewhere in their hidden sophisticated fine print.

I was hacked one time
I was hacked one time by someone else claiming to be and literally contacted over 100 people, several times had someone contact me and tell me they have a friend contact them directly, when in fact they were hackers, and now that my subscription has expired got a email from a phisher saying my account was charged for a 3 month membership. I think their security is very poor, and never met one person after 6 months of membership. But like someone else said after the subscription expired, lots of claims of people who wanted to meet me.

Don't sign up.
Okay so I decided to bite the bullet and pay for a dating site. Grant it I didn’t do much research. I heard about this website on a television ad. So I signed up. I’ve been on about a month now and even though I’ve written guys they have never replied. Even when it says they are active. So I’m thinking its just a fake app that took my money and now they are laughing at me. I’ve only had one person say they are not interested and have received a couple of smiles. But when I replied… nothing. So hopefully my comments will save someone $150. Don’t sign up.

Stay well away them.
Let this be a warning to others. This site will not remind you when the renewal is coming up and will continue to charge you card the full fee! Trying to navigate the site to cancel your subscription or stop the auto renewal is almost impossible (broken pages everywhere) and finding the customer care contact form is pointless as they don’t even read your email and just send cloned responses. Even after informing them you wish to cancel they still take your money, the only way to stop them is to cancel your card and even if you do this they send you emails stating OUTSTANDING payment is due. Their website seems to be designed to make it impossible for people to get out of once they’re in. Stay well away them.

I have tried a few dating app sites and this one was by far the worst value for the money spent. The others I tried had much better quality men for FREE compared to this one which falsely claimed many things which did not prove to be the reality. On top of that, I thought I was signing up for a 6 month membership for which I paid to try only to have it RENEW automatically for another 6 months and their customer service was so poor and frustrating when I replied that I wanted to cancel it immediately! Totally a waste of money PLUS fraud if you ask me! VERY unhappy and unimpressed customer so STAY AWAY from this site.

I regret wasting my time
This website used to be great, now it’s this annoying thing that I regret wasting my time joining. I can’t seem to find how to just browse people’s profiles without doing the like or don’t like swiping thing, so you only see 1 person at a time. Could be there forever! Mind you, 100 plus likes on my profile and not a single message yet? Nah, this is crap now. Will unjoin because it’s not at all user friendly. Also can’t see how to set to show only users in my location, I did that in the settings and it made no different. Only shows ppl in foreign countries!

Horrible experience
Awful app. Horrible experience. After using the app for two days (and not sending any messages or even matching with anyone) I received a message to say I was permanently blocked due to my ‘behaviour’. I cannot possibly imagine how I could have violated guidelines without actually communicating with anyone. I’m a respectable 45 year-old woman, so perhaps this site thinks I’m expendable. However, I found the whole experience rude and upsetting. It’s shocking that they claim to be founded on principles of ‘respect’ when they can treat people so badly.

So disappointed
So disappointed and think this is a fix. I joined this site about 1 month ago – did not subscribe, got lots of emails telling me how lucky I was and what a huge amount of interest I had! Guys were viewing my profile, every day for 3 weeks it told me I had at least 8 visitors. So I spent just over £32 for a months subscription. Four days, not one view on my profile!! Very disappointed! I wish I’d read the reviews here and saved myself some dosh. Thanks for nothing!!!

The site is awful. If someone likes you and they don’t have an account, you’ll get a message from them. That’s how they get the commitment. You will then find that the message is generating a CPU. When you contact that person, you either don’t answer or say they haven’t contacted you.

Personally, I have to eliminate multiple fake people every day which results in a complete waste of time. People go to this site to find a partner, but what they get is a bunch of fake accounts that claim they want to know you but end up trying to get your email and other types of information.

I found this site
I found this site very confusing to use. I did not like the coins/carosel feature. I felt that the site should have used my preferences to prevent me from being an option on someone’s carousel that did not match the preferences I chose for dating. I also didn’t like that every time I scanned a picture to see who viewed me, it let them know that I viewed them. And after I deleted a bunch of views, all of the men I deleted came back up on my recently viewed, because they thought I viewed them. Very frustrating. However, I was fortunate to meet someone after several attempts to find the right person, so that was the bonus.

Victoriahearts is clearly a scam
I subscribed, and had fun with the site. My issue with the site is that I never authorized automatic renewal of coins. My account filled up with coins several times when my account got down to 5- 10 coins. I received zero e-mail notifications of being billed for coin renewals at $19.95 a piece, so I assumed that the site was filling my coins as a promotional to keep people active with the site. I received a credit card bill with 6 charges of $19.95 and called them to dispute never being notified that I had been billed. I spoke with a rep and then a manager. The best they were willing to do was credit me back for 2 of the $19.95 charges. This site is clearly a scam. They may have fine print to cover themselves legally, but the site is an absolute fraud that preys upon lonely hearts. Stear clear of Victoriahearts.
