The worst experience
The worst experience I had. Automatized program for unannounced reason blocks your profile, people you interacted with receive the letter of “investigation”. Nobody helps you restoring your reputation, while the support team sends letters that are signed by Indian comedian… Indecent. Unacceptable.

I seriously doubt that
I seriously doubt that most of the profiles are real. Many of the replies or messages are written with a very slight English mistake like one reply I received spelled “Dear” as “Der” and then another one wrote “yes I would love to meet someone AT the neighborhood”. Whenever I see very subtle but clear English mistakes, I am almost sure that the writer is not a native English speaker and is certainly not in my area.

Ridiculously inappopriate
My matches on this site were ridiculously inappopriate, they totally ignored my search criteria. Lots of profiles were outdated ( they never write you back), and I can see why – they make it confusing to cancel, so people choose not to get involved in this challenge and they don’t delete their profiles.

It is very expensive
This site markets itself as a site for professionals. While there are some professionals, many were not. The default search is for 500 miles. You have to manually change this every time you search unless you want matches across the country! You also had to change the age preferences every time you searched. My biggest gripe with this site is the high number of scammers/phishers who create a fake profile and try to get your contact info. This happened to me almost weekly in the two months I was on the site. I would receive an email from the site telling me they were “investigating ” a person who had been in contact with me. This never happened on the other site I tried. Finally, it is very expensive and I found it not to be worth the money for the reasons set forth above. There are definitely better options out there.

This platform is very disappointing. Premium membership is a snare for people trying to date online. Frequently receive false likes from all sorts of people. The Android mobile app is buggy and unrefined. The website isn’t much better. Professional robbery.

Don’t Like it
I just got banned because of unknown “innapropiate and abusive behaviour” I have never abussed or harassed anyone, so this feels more like people are falsely reporting me. The only negative thing I’ve ever done is unmatching someone. This is a company with unfair arbitraty practices to discriminate users.

Made me buy coins to even see the profile of someone who said they would like to meet me after presumably seeing only my picture on there carousel game. than i go to talk to them after spending the coins worth about $2. and I cant chat because i’m not a subscriber subscribing for just a month is about $30 plus a previously unannounced $25 one time activation fee, that is only seen on the payment confirmation if you go over the itomisation obviously designed to not be seen. this site is a pathetic representation of exactly what is wrong with our society.

I was really excited when I started out on Zoosk. Put my heart out there looking for that special someone. Only, I found out that almost EVERY “woman” I was attracted is just most likely only a “Bot”, a dating robot. To play with someone’s emotions like this is sad.
